Five of the 23 seniors on the Northwestern State Demons football team had their orange on early as they were getting ready for their last game, Saturday afternoon at 1 in Turpin Stadium against rival Stephen F. Austin.

The contest is the annual "Battle for Chief Caddo," the largest trophy in sports.

(L-r) Receiver Louis Hollier, defensive tackle Lesley Deamer, offensive tackle Blayne Cole, tight end Tucker Nims and guard Warren Jones are eager to bring "the Chief" back home to Natchitoches for the first time since 2008 and post a winning season record by taking what could be the highest-scoring game in Turpin Stadium history.

Fans are encouraged to wear orange and the first 500 in the stands will get a free "Orange Out" shirt thanks to the Bank of Montgomery.

The game was originally slated for a 3 o'clock kickoff but has been moved up two hours to the 1 o'clock start.
