ALCORN, Miss. - The doubleheader between the Northwestern State softball team and Alcorn State on Tuesday has been canceled due to continuous rainfall.

NSU (17-24, 5-9 SLC) will resume play this weekend with a two-game conference series at Nicholls State (9-25, 4-6 SLC). Game one will be on Friday at 6 p.m., and the second begins on Saturday at noon.
