NATCHITOCHES – The Northwestern State Lady Demon soccer team returns home Sunday at 2 o'clock to host Stephen F. Austin in Southland Conference  action. 

NSU (5-6-1, 0-1-1) fell to SLC opponent Oral Roberts Friday evening 3-0.  The Lady Demons were able to hold the Golden Eagles to a scoreless game until the final nine minutes of the match. 

SFA (10-3, 3-0) defeated Central Arkansas 1-0 Friday evening in a Southland Conference match-up. The win marks their 10th shutout of the season. 

ORU's Megan Giles caught NSU freshman goalkeeper Brooke Bourbonais out of position to put their first tally on the board at the 81-minute mark. 

Jennifer Abernathy added two more tallies to the board within one minute of each other, putting ORU up 3-0 with less than three minutes remaining on the clock.

Bourbonais made eight saves in net. 

SFA's Becky Johnson scored the lone goal for the Ladyjacks off a free-kick from 35 yards out. 

Senior Kylie Louw leads SFA with five goals and eight assists, followed by Chelsea Raymond with seven goals and two assists.

In last season's meeting, the Ladyjacks pulled away with a 5-0 win over the Lady Demons. Louw scored one goal in the contest.
