Grace Hatch is in her first year as the soccer athletic trainer for Northwestern State after being hired in June of 2026.
Hatch comes to Natchitoches after spending the first half of 2026 working as a trainer for women’s soccer for the Tampa Bay Sun FC.
While with the Sun, she performed evaluation, treatment, and management for up to 26 professional athletes, as well as aided in the management and implementation of two post-op ACL rehabilitation plans.
Prior to her time with the Sun, she spent the back half of 2025 as the trainer for the South Florida lacrosse team.
Before working with USF lacrosse, she worked with the Orlando Pride in the summer of 2025, where she performed evaluations and treatment for up to 32 professional women’s soccer players, as well as coordinated with physical therapists, coaching staff, strength and conditioning specialists and certified athletic trainers to develop treatment plans for patients.
Hatch also worked with women’s soccer at USF, where she  assisted in the management of 35 D1 soccer athletes throughout the fall 2024 season, as well as assisted in the development and execution of ankle sprain, groin strain, hamstring strain, and post-surgical ACL reconstruction rehabilitation programs.
She has certifications in American Heart Association CPR, BLS, & AED, Intravenous Therapy for Athletic Trainers, SafeSport, Stop the Bleed and Hawkgrips-1.
