Bailey Sarna

Bailey Sarna (MSAT, LAT, ATC, RDN) joined the Northwestern State sports medicine staff in 2025 after receiving her Master of Science in Athletic Training from Northern Arizona.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Kansas, where she also gained extensive experience as a student athletic trainer with Jayhawk football team. During her master’s program, Bailey completed clinical rotations with Division I football, volleyball, and track & field programs at Northern Arizona and the University of Colorado, where she focused on injury evaluation, rehabilitation, and return-to-play management under the supervision of certified athletic trainers and team physicians.
 
Bailey has experience working with a wide range of athletes, from post-surgical rehabilitation to concussion management and general orthopedic injuries. She is passionate about athlete-centered care, integrating evidence-based rehabilitation, and creating a supportive environment to optimize performance and recovery. Bailey is BOC certified and certified in CPR/AED and dry needling.
