2026 Outdoor Season: Finished 12th in the heptathlon at the Southland Conference Championships, scoring 4076 points … posting a personal best in both the 200-meter dash (24.40) and 100-meter hurdles (14.27) in the heptathlon … also recorded a season-best jump of 18-0.25 in the heptathlon … made the finals in the open 400-meter hurdles, running a 1:01.68 in the prelims … posted a personal-best in the 400 hurdles at the Alumni Muster, recording a time of 1:00.82 … tossed personal-bests in the shot put (38-7) and javelin (105-8), finishing third and seventh, respectively … won the 100 hurdles (14.36) and 400 hurdles (1:01.62) at the Louisiana Tech Jim Mize Invitationals … won the 400 hurdles (1:02.37) and finished third in the 100 hurdles (14.57) at the Leon Johnson NSU Invitationals … ran a 14.46 in the 100 hurdles at the Louisiana Classic and 14.34 at the Alumni Muster to place sixth and 15th, respectively.
2026 Indoor Season: Won the bronze medal at the Southland Conference Championships in the pentathlon, scoring 3726 points ... finished in the top five in four events, including winning the 800-meter run with a season-best 2:17.61 ... also  posted season bests at the conference meet in the long jump (17-8.75), shot put (37-7.75) and high jump (15-1) ... posted a season best at the Pittsburg State Invitational in the 4x400 relay (3:41.21) ... ran a season-best 8.86 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Jarvis Scott Invitational ... recorded a clearance of 5-0.25 in the high jump at Pittsburg State ... posted a season best in 200-meter dash with a time of 24.89 at the Woo Pig Classic ... clocked an 8.99 in the 60 hurdles at the Woo Pig Classic ... posted a 17-8 in the long jump at the Woo Pig Classic ... ran a 9.09 in the 60 hurdles at Pittsburg State ... ran a 25.47 in the 60-meter dash in her NSU debut at the Corky Classic ... posted a jump of 17-4.5 in the long jump at Pittsburg State.

Prior to NSU: Transfer from North Park … first team All-American in 2023, runner-up in 2024 and second team All-American in 2025 … made Dean’s list in Fall 2022-24 … all-academic in USTFCCCA in 2023-25 … Dave Wrath Academic All-Conference in the Winter 2023-25 and Spring 2024-25 … Jack Swartz Academic All-Conference Award in Winter 2023-25 and Spring 2024-25.
