2024 Outdoor Season: Earned points for NSU in both the hammer throw (160-0) and shot put (44-6.25), placing sixth and seventh, respectively ... tossed a season-best 47-5 in the shot put at the Texas Relays ... finished first with a 46-7.25 at the Louisiana Classic ... came in second at the Keyth Talley Invitational, throwing a distance of 45-11.25 ... also placed second in the Leon Johnson Invitational, tossing a 45-7.75 ... tossed a season-best 161-9 in the hammer at the Leon Johnson Invitational ... posted a 143-6 in the hammer at the Corky/Crofoot Shootout.
2024 Indoor Season: Competed in the shot put and weight throw ... found the podium twice at the Southland Conference Championships, earning silver in the shot put (46-10) and posted a season best to win the bronze in the weight throw (54-4.75) ... placed in the top three five times and in fourth one more time ... came in second at the Crimson Elite with a distance of 47-3 ... finished fourth with a season-best toss of 48-2.75 in the shot put at the Samford Invitational ... placed third in the shot put at the LSU Purple Tiger with a distance of 46-2.5 ... also finished third in Boston in the shot put (45-11.75).

Prior to NSU: Transfer from the University of Iowa, where she competed for four years … in the indoor season, she won the shot put with a collegiate-best 48-6 at the Iowa Open … posted a season-best 56-3 1/4 (17.15m) in weight throw at Jimmy Grant Invite … in the outside season in 2023, posted a season-best 47-4 1/4 in shot put at Jim Duncan Invite … in 2022, she tossed a season-best 48-2 1/2 in shot put at ISU Classic in the indoor and a season-best shot put at Musco Twilight (48-2/4) and won in the shot put at Kip Janvrin Open (47-6 ½).
 
High School: Competed at Bishop Ansley High School.
 
Personal: Daughter of Terry and Terry-Ann Roach … has two sisters, Lindsay and Arielle… health and human performance major who would like to become a law major after graduation and become a lawyer.
