2018 Outdoor Season: Competed in the distance events of 1500, 3000, and the 3000 meter steeplechase…ran the 1500 meters once at the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational placing third with a time of 5:31.34…competed in the 3000 meters twice on the season with a seventh place finish at the ULM Warhawk Invitational (12:27.01) and a 14
th position at the MSU Cowboy Relays/Bob Hayes La. Challenge (12:10.91)…made two runs in the 3000 meter steeplechase during the season with a pair of top-10 finishes…took eighth in the LSU Alumni Gold meet with her best time of 12:53.30 and ninth at the SFA Skecher’s Performance Carl Kight Invitational (12:53.72)
2018 Indoor Season: Ran the 1-mile and 3000 meters one time each during the season…ran the 1-mile distance at the TAMU Ted Nelson Invitational with a time of 6:09.28 finishing 22
nd overall…placed 13
th at the LSU Bayou Bengal in the 3000 meter distance with a time of 12:09.06
2017 Outdoor Season: Competed in four meets in the 1500 and 3000 as well as the 3000 steeplechase… participated in the SLC Outdoor Championships and placed 15
th in the 3000 steeplechase (12:21.35)… maintained her career best records in the 800 (2:30.82), the 1500 (5:10.55), the 3000 (11:31.6h), the 5000 (21:23.05), the 4x800 (9:55.74), and the 3000 steeplechase (12:26.03).
2017 Indoor Season: Competed in one meet in the 1-mile event at the McNeese Indoor II placing seventh (6:15.85) and improving her personal record… maintained her record in the 3000 (12:23.55).
2016 Outdoor Season: Distance runner who competed in three meets … finished third in the 3000 at the Louisiana Tech Jim Mize Invitational (11:31.65) … also took home third place in the 5000 at the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational (21:23.05) … claimed fourth in the 3000 steeplechase at the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational (13:09.71).
2016 Indoor Season: Participated in the 3000 in one meet … finished 11th in the LSU Bayou Bengal (12:32.51).
2015 Outdoor Season: Participated in seven meets… had five top-five finishes… best time in the 800 was 2:21.35 ran at LSU Alumni Gold… in the 1500, best time was 5:10.55 at the Demon Triangular Invitational… at the Louisiana Tech Jim Mize Invitational, ran 11:32.42 in the 3000… 12:26.03 at UA Crimson Tide Invitational was her best in the 3000 steeplechase making her the fourth-best performer of the Lady Demon Top 5 all-time performers… ran 9:55.74 in the 4x800 at MSU Cowboy Relays with sister Erin, E. Wrozek, and A. Adams; ranking them as the fourth-best 4x800 relay in the Lady Demon Top-5 all-time performers.
2015 Indoor Season: Ran 12:23.55 in the 3000 at TAMU 13-Team Invitational.
High School: Attended Bill Crothers Secondary School in Markham, Ontario… competed in cross country, track and field, and soccer… coached by Ed LaRocque and Mark Arsenault... graduated in 2014 with a 3.4 GPA.
Personal: Daughter of Lee and John Sitarz… born Sept. 18, 1996… has two sisters, her twin, Erin and older sister Megan… Erin is also on the NSU Track & Field team...majoring in business administration.
