NSU Track: Competed for three seasons as a sprinter on the NSU track team before joining cross country this season ... racked up six Southland Conference medals, including four relay golds and a relay silver ... first individual medal came this past spring, taking bronze in the 200 at the SLC Outdoor Championships ... competed at the NCAA East Prelims in the 4x400 relay.

High School: Graduated with a 3.2 GPA from Hampton Preparatory...lettered in track...member of a team that won the 4x1 and finished runner up in the 4x4 as a freshman...won the 4x1 and 4x4 championship as a sophomore...won the 4x1 and finished third in the 4x4 as as senior...won the 400 as a freshman...finished runner up in the 400 in sophomore year...took third in the 400 in senior year...fastest time in the 400 is 55.3 ... coached by Reka and Corey Jones with the track club Madfrogs.

Personal: Daughter of Javier and Irma...has two brothers, Aaron and Erick...majoring in health and exercise science...participated in five sports growing up, including ice skating, gymnastics, track, basketball and soccer ... life's ambition is to take care of her loved ones and have a house with land and animals.
