2019 Outdoor Season: Competed in the javelin throw… placed fourth at the Southland Conference Championship (58.84 m), first at the McNeese State Cowboy Relays (56.82 m), second at the SFA Carl Knight Invitational (59.62 m) and the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational (61.75 m), and third at the TCU Invitational (60.49 m).

2018 Outdoor Season: Competed in the javelin in eight meets and had seven top-10 finishes…won the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational with a career best mark of 209-6 and McNeese Last Chance (194-4)…placed second in the ULM Warhawk Classic (195-9), SFA Carl Kight Invitational (193-9) and TCU Invitational (191-6)…finished fourth in the Southland Outdoor Championships (203-0)…came in ninth at LSU Alumni Gold (195-8).
 
2017 Outdoor Season: Competed in the javelin throw in three meets...finished eighth in the Southland Conference Outdoor Championships (183-3)...finished eighth at the Baylor Invitational (181-0).
 
High School: Graduated from Benton High School … lettered three years in track and field, four years in football and one year in baseball … as a sophomore, won first place in district and regionals in the 1-4A classification, also placed eighth in the class 4A state meet … claimed second place in the district, first place in the region and third place in the class 4A state meet.
 
Personal: Son of Ginger and Johnathan Maxwell … born April 16, 1998 … has one brother, Brody Maxwell, and one sister, Mackenzie Maxwell … Plans to attend law school in the Dallas area...life’s ambition is to become a successful husband and father.
