    Tony Diepa begins his first year as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Northwestern State University where he will be the primary strength coach for the men’s and women’s cross country and track and field teams as well as an assistant strength coach to the football team.

    A graduate of North Central College in Naperville, Illinois, Dieppa earned his bachelor’s degree in physical education.

    Prior to coming to NSU, Dieppa served as an assistant football and wrestling coach at Lake Park High School where he implemented strength and conditioning programs for his teams.

    The Carol Stream, Ill. native also completed a strength and conditioning internship at Oregon State University during the 2010-11 season. While at OSU, Dieppa aided in developing daily workouts for the football, wrestling, baseball, swimming and cross country teams.
