2014-15 Junior Season:
• Started final 14 games and 28 of 32, averaged 5.8 points in 15.8 minutes per game.
• seven games with at least 10 points, including a season-best 18 vs. Nicholls while hitting 7-10 shots, 3-4 on 3s and snagging season-best 7 rebounds and 3 steals.
• scored 13 in his hometown at HBU, then 14 in nearby Katy in Southland Tournament quarterfinal win over McNeese State.
• three straight double-figure games vs. Arkansas (10), Louisiana College (10) and HBU.
• his 360-degree catch (from Jalan West) and dunk at SFA on March 5 was chosen No. 1 by ESPN staff, No. 2 by viewers on SportsCenter’s Top 10 Plays.
• one of three returning players with 10 or more blocked shots last season.
• posted 3.0 GPA in fall semester.
 
Before NSU:
• A two-year starter for Tyler JC, he averaged 14 points as a sophomore for coach Mike Marquis in 2012-13.
• contributed 9 points and 4 rebounds as a freshman for an 18-12 TJC team in his freshman season.
• at BTW in Houston, averaged 20 points and 8 rebounds as a senior.
• first-team all-district selection as a senior, second-team as a junior for coach Vincent Grayson. Says “I wish I could go back and play again” at BTW.
• certification issues delayed his arrival at NSU. He initially signed to join the Demons program for the 2013-14 season, but later satisfied requirements with two years to play.
