• 2018 Southland Conference Commissioner’s Spring Honor Roll
2017-18:
• Appeared in 29 games and made four starts as a freshman
• averaged 4.8 points and three rebounds in nearly 16 minutes per game
• collected career-highs of 14 points and seven rebounds against Louisiana College
• grabbed seven rebounds on two other occasions -- the season-opener at Texas and against Sam Houston State
• scored in double figures two other times, notching 11 points against Rice and AMCC
• went 4-4 on FGs, 3-3 on FTs at AMCC, including two tying FTs with 7.4 seconds left
• shot 57 percent from the field, which led the team
• 48 made free throws was tied for second best on the team, shooting at a 63 percent clip
• grabbed nearly as many offensive rebounds (43) as defensive boards (45)
• blocked 12 shots and snatched 12 steals.

• At Mount Zion (N.C.) Christian Academy, was team MVP and captain for coach Tony Barnett.
• averaged 17 points, 10 rebounds for a 24-win team.
• selected by Slamonline.com as one of the top five performers in the 2017 Mount Zion Showcase of Champions Tournament.
• represented Durham in the Raleigh-Durham High School All-Star Game.
High School:
• As a senior at Scotland (Pa.) Performance Institute, helped his team win the 2016 Slam City Championship
• averaged 16 points, 9 rebounds for coach Jareem Dowling.
• in his junior year, playing at Bishop McNamara (Md.) HS, led team with a 7.1 rebounding average, 65 percent shooting, and also in blocked shots and free throw attempts for coach Marty Keithline.
• was MVP of the Bishop McNamara Holiday Tournament, averaging 18 points and 7.5 rebounds.
• first-team All-Tournament at the Kruel Classic in Coral Springs, Fla.
• as a sophomore, scored 12 and had 10 rebounds in upset playoff win over Washington Catholic Athletic Association top-seeded St. John’s HS.
• played tight end on the football team as a sophomore.
• played AAU basketball for the DC Thunder coached by Zach Suber.
• as a freshman, attended DeMatha Catholic HS and was classmate and teammate of Markelle Fultz, the No. 1 pick in the 2017 NBA Draft. Also played with Fultz for coach Corey McCrue on the DC Blue Devils.
