• his Argyle team went 31-4, ranked first statewide most of theyear and also went undefeated in distrit action in 2007-08, reaching regional semifinal round of playoffs

• voted team captain by the players at AHS
• played in 2008 THSCA All-Star game and won the dunk contest as a senior
• averaged 10 points and 10 rebounds for a 25-9 team as a junior while earning all-district honors as well as Italy All-Tournament
