Trent Lejeune is in his first season as a student manager with the Northwestern State men’s basketball program.
Lejeune was a four-sport letterman at Basile High School, earning letters in basketball (five), football (four), golf (two) and track (two). Lejeune was a six-year member of Basile’s Fellowship of Christian Athletes chapter and a four-year member of the Student Council.
Lejeune’s athletic accomplishments included helping his football team to a combined 34-6 record with him as the starting center. He added a pair of state quarterfinal appearances in football while he helped Basile compile a 27-6 record in his freshman season of basketball.
An aspiring college basketball coach, Lejeune is majoring in secondary education at Northwestern State.
Trent is the son of Sherri Pousson and Tony Lejeune and has four sisters -- Cortnie (24), Tayler (23), Charlie (21) and Dana (16).
