Dustin Chadwick enters his first full year as the head strength and conditioning coach at Northwestern State and his third on the Demons staff.
    
In his new role, Chadwick is responsible for developing strength and conditioning programs for all 12 men’s and women’s sports programs at Northwestern State.
    
Prior to being promoted to his current post in April, Chadwick spent two years as NSU’s assistant strength and conditioning coach. During that time, Chadwick assisted with the 2015 Southland Conference Tournament champion Lady Demons basketball team as well as assisting with the Demons football and baseball teams.
    
Prior to NSU, Chadwick interned with TCU where he worked with the strength and conditioning program including women’s basketball, baseball, swimming and diving and women’s golf.
    
Chadwick was a competitor in the NANBF bodybuilding and AAPF power lifting competitions in 2012 and 2013.
            
He received a bachelor’s in fine arts from Pacific Lutheran in 2011 where he was a three-sport athlete competing in football, rugby and lacrosse.
