Stefano Di Aloy is in his first season as the Northwestern State women’s tennis assistant coach.
He comes to NSU after working at the Greenwich Country Club in Greenwich, Connecticut, from October 2021 through October 2022 working as a certified tennis professional.
While there, he regularly organized team and individual practices, teaching abilities to motivate and create a positive work environment.
Prior to the Greenwich Country Club, he worked at the Pelham Country Club in Pelham, New York, from May 2018-September 2021.
Di Aloy assisted in scheduling, billing and managing inventory. He also worked with the racquets committee on organizing, promoting and helping run both recreational and competitive events.
A Buenos Aires, Argentina, native, Di Aloy played tennis at both Georgia Southern and Indiana Wesleyan.
A team captain at Georgia Southern, the was elected by the coaches and teammates as the team’s most valuable player. He is ranked in the top 10 all-time in school history for career wins.
At IWU, he led the team to an undefeated record to win the Crossroad League Conference, where he was named an NAIA All-American, ranking No. 2 in doubles and No. 4 in singles.
He holds degrees from both schools, earning a bachelor’s in psychology in 2019 from GSU and master’s in business administration and management from IWU in 2021.
