Coaching Experience: Joined the Demon football staff in May after serving as a graduate assistant in the marketing offices in the Athletic Department. He is a graduate of Mississippi State with a bachelor’s degree in arts and communication with an emphasis in public relations. Prior to Northwestern State, Papas worked at Walt Disney World Resorts in the recreational operations field. After Disney, he went on to serve as a assistant football coach and public announcer at Central Academy (Miss.). His duties at NSU consist of coordinating football operations, assisting in fundraising, travel accommodations and other logistics for the Demons.
Personal: He is a native of Macon, Mississippi. In his spare time he enjoys walking down Natchitoches’ famous Front Street with his basset hound, Otis.
