2014 Season:
•  One top-10 finish and two more top-20 finishes in seven meets as a junior.
•  Placed ninth at the NSU pre-conference meet (29:18.90, 8K).
•  Finished 13th (16:55.50, 5K) and 15th (28L43.81, 8K) at the La. Tech Mook 5 and McNeese Relays, respectively.
•  Competed at the Southland Conference championships.
 
2013 Season:
•  One top-15 finish and two more top-30 finishes in five meets.
•  Top place was 11th at the Demon Invitational (17:03.80, 3 miles).
•  Also finished 22nd (30:27.20, 8K) at the Centenary Invitational and 23rd (17:10.43, 5K) at the La. Tech Mook 5.
 
2012 Season:
•  Competed in six of seven meets for the Demons.
•  Finished seventh at the NSU Invitational, completing the 8000m course in 27:58.9.
•  Placed ninth at the Demon Invite, finishing the 3-mile course in 15:55.5.
•  Was the third runner for NSU at the SLC Championships, finishing the 8000m course in 27:20.2 and placing 57th.
 
High School:
•  Lettered in track and field and cross country all four years.
•  Set the schools record in the 3200m run with a time of 9:51.
•  Finished 8th in the 3200m run at the Class 5A state track meet as a junior and sixth as a senior.
•  Member of the 2012 Louisiana Academic All-State Cross Country team.
 
Personal:
•  Son of Rick and Kathy Elliot.
•  Born on Dec. 16, 1993.
•  Has one brother, Russell (18).
•  Majoring in health and exercise science.
•  Plans to attend graduate school and become an occupational therapist.
