Prior to NSU:
• Played two seasons at South Arkansas Community College.
• was named the program’s first All-American in 2025, batting .415 with 16 home runs.
• made the President’s List and had a 3.5 GPA.
High School:
• Played for coaches Zach Smith, Bryan Beck, Chris Willis and Clayton Hearn’s Bearcats.
• named first-team all-district DH as a senior.
• also earned the Beast Award and the Uncommon Award.

• son of Jessica and David Szymanski.
• mother was an All-American volleyball player at Texas Lutheran and is an instructor at Louisiana Tech while his father is the department chair of the Louisiana Tech Department of Kinesiology and has co-authored a book on strength training for baseball.
