SOUTHLAND CONFERENCE PITCHER OF THE WEEK (MARCH 24, 2025)

2025 Season:

• Appeared in 16 games, starting nine, as a sophomore.
• his four wins were tied for third on the team.
• worked four innings of one-run relief to pick up the win in a May 15 Southland Conference Tournament victory against McNeese.
• earned his first career save, collecting the final two outs of a May 8 win against McNeese.
• retired the final two hitters of an April 22 run-rule win at No. 4 LSU.
• won his third straight start, allowing four earned runs in six innings, in Game 1 of a March 29 doubleheader sweep of Nicholls.
• spun a complete-game, two-hit shutout, striking out a career-high nine, in a March 21 win at New Orleans.
• shut out Texas A&M-Corpus Christi for 6 1-3 innings of a March 14 win, earning his first victory of the season.
• struck out two in two shutout innings of relief in a March 2 loss at Southeastern Louisiana.
• drew his first career opening-day start, allowing two earned runs, in 4 2-3 innings of a Feb. 14 loss to Central Arkansas.

2024 Season:
• Appeared in 14 games, evenly split between starting and relief, in his first season at the Division I level.

• struck out a career-high six batters and did not allow an earned run in four innings of relief against McNeese on May 22 at the SLC Tournament.
• turned in 3 2-3 scoreless innings of one-hit relief in a May 5 loss at Lamar.
• fired 2 1-3 innings of one-run relief in an April 21 loss at UIW.
• tossed three shutuout innings of relief to earn a win at McNeese on March 30.
• picked up the first win of his career with five solid innings against Southeastern on March 24.
• went five innings for the first time in his career against Troy on March 3.
• allowed one earned run in four innings of his first career start against Stony Brook on Feb. 24.
• worked three scoreless innings with three strikeouts in his NSU debut against Southern Illinois on Feb. 18.

High School:
• Two-sport letterman for the Broncos.
• pitched two seasons for Jacob Fisher.
• first-team all-district, all-metro and a Louisiana Baseball Coaches Association All-Star as a senior, going 6-4 on the mound with a 1.18 ERA and .181 opponent batting average.
• first-team all-district pitcher as a junior, going 6-3 for the district champs that reached the state quarterfinals.
• graduated with a 3.5 GPA.
