Brennan Lambert is in his first season on the Northwestern State staff as the Demons' director of player development and camp coordinator.

Lambert comes to Northwestern after two seasons as a graduate assistant at his alma mater, Tulane, where he helped the Green Wave capture the 2024 American Conference Tournament championship and reach their second straight NCAA regional.

Lambert coached seven Green Wave players who became Major League Baseball draftees and eight all-conference selections.

As a player, Lambert spent two seasons at Tulane, batting .290 with 12 doubles, 10 home runs and 53 RBIs as Tulane reached the 2023 NCAA Regionals after a stirring run to the American Conference Tournament title. Lambert was an all-tournament selection after collecting eight hits and 11 RBIs across five games. He added a home run against LSU in NCAA Regional play that season.

A Baton Rouge native and Catholic High graduate, Lambert earned two degrees at Tulane — a bachelor's degree in communications (2023) and a master's in sport studies (2025).
