
The Screamin' Demons is a student organization that are a vital part of fan support for Demon Athletics. The purpose of the Screamin' Demons is to create an atmosphere in our student sections that increases involvement and engagement among our student body. The Screamin' Demons are to create an environment that is loud, encouraging, and supportive for our student athletes as well as increasing participation from all fans in attendance.
Member Description
- Attend NSU sporting events and sit/stand in designated section
- Participate in cheers, chants, etc that increase student and fan involvement
- Be liaisons for Athletics department at student Tailgates at football games
- Encourage other organization throughout the week to attend designated sporting events
- Work with the marketing department inside athletics to help promote in game activities, challenges, or contest
- Work with Screamin' Demon officers to increase involvement
- Attend bi-weekly meeting run by Screamin" Demon officers

Requirements
- Be in good standing as it relates to the Northwestern State University Code of Student Conduct
- Must be a member of another organization on campus (UPC, PLP, etc.)
- Must have a 2.5 GPA or Higher
- Must not be on scholastic,social, or disciplinary probation
- Available to work at least 3 home games during the football season
- $20 membership dues per academic year
