Annual Academic Banquet Awards 

These awards are given to the freshmen, sophomore, and junior male and female student-athletes who recored the highest GPA for the previous academic year.  Additionally, the Trailblazer Award was created in 2009 in order to honor the student-athlete who may not have the highest GPA, but who has displayed exemplary progress regarding his/her academics.
