2022 Indoor Season: Competed in four meets with the mile as his primary … finished ninth at the SLC Championships with a 4:20.57 … added a leg on the seventh-place DMR (10:42.53) … ran a personal best 4:16.49 at Texas A&M (seventh) … added a 3,000 meter personal best at Texas Tech (8:49.79) to place 10

2021 Indoor Season: Ran a career-best 2:02.96 ,finishing seventh at the LSU Louisiana Invite … earned another career-best in the mile with a 4:21.84 at the Texas A&M Ted Nelson Invitational, placing seventh.
2020 Outdoor Season: Canceled due to Covid-19 pandemic.
2020 Indoor Season: Competed in the mile run, 3000 meters and distance medley relay ... ran in the mile distance at four meets with his best time coming at the Texas A&M Invitational at 4:23.56 and taking eighth overall ... turned in times of 4:34.24 at the Ted Nelson Invitational and 4:38.82 at the LSU Purple Tiger ... only time in the 3000 came at the Houston G5-Super 22 Invitational posting a time of 9:09.94 ... ran in the DMR at the Southland Conference Championship with Brad Alexander, Mike Alukunyang and Yannik Gerland with a time of 10:17.08 placing ninth overall.
High School: Led Sanger High to three top-seven finishes at the Texas Class 4A state cross country meet... two of those three finishes were third and fourth-place respectively... personal best in the 5K is 16:32... in track and field, ran the 800, 1600, and 3200 meters... all-state track team as a senior with a 1:59 in the 800 meters... placed fourth at state in the 800 meters as a senior after winning a region title... accomplished 1600 runner who placed sixth at state and fourth in the region during his career... personal best in the 1600 of 4:27 with a 3200 meters best of 10:02... academic all-state in cross country for three seasons... played three seasons of varsity basketball and one year of baseball... academic all-district in basketball for three seasons... member of the National Honor Society, including vice president... member of the National Science Honor Society, including as a secretary... student council member who served as treasurer.
