Freshman (2002-03): Played in 17 games averaging 1.2 points per game while making 7-of-14 from the floor ... scored a career-high five points against Lamar on Feb. 27 ... scored four points in games against Nicholls State (1/18) and at Lamar (1/23) ...  made 7-of-11 from the free throw line (.636).

High School: Lettered four years in basketball and track at Sulphur High School ... two-time all-state performer for Coach Helen LeFevre ... nominated for the McDonald's High School All-America team ... named district MVP during junior season ... three district championships and two-time state quarterfinals.
