2019 Outdoor Season: Competed in the high jump and triple jump… placed 40th in the high jump at NCAA Division One East Regional (1.65 m) and 41st in the triple jump (12.14 m)… placed fifth in the high jump at the Southland Conference Championship (1.71 m)… placed first in the high jump at the Ted Nelson Invitational (1.60 m) and the TCU Invitational with a personal best of 1.73 m… placed first in the triple jump at the Ted Nelson Invitational (12.43 mw) and the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational with a personal best 12.73 m.
2019 Indoor Season: Competed in the 200 meters, the high jump, and the triple jump… placed fifth in the high jump at the Southland Conference Championship (1.67 m) and third in the triple jump (12.42 m)… finished in the Top Five for the high jump at four meets… finished in the Top Five for the triple jump at five meets.
2018 Outdoor Season: Competed in the 800 meter distances as an individual and a member of the 4x800 meter relay team…ran the 800 meters in four meets on the season with a pair of sixth place finishes at the ULM Warhawk Invitational (2:29.97) and Leon Johnson NSU Invitational (2:31.92)…best time of the season came at the ULM meet…finished 17th at the SFA Skecher’s Performance Carl Kight Invitational (2:31.80) and 19th at the LSU Alumni Gold (2:32.66) meets…only participation in 4x800 relay came at the MSU Cowboy Relays/Bob Hayes La. Challenge finishing fourth with a time of 10:07.19 with Isabella Hudson, Erin Wrozek, and Atianna Parks
2018 Indoor Season: Competed in the 600 meters at the LSU Bayou Bengal meet finishing with a time of 1:44.26 in her only performance of the season
2017 Southland Conference Commissioner’s Spring & Fall Honor Roll
2017 Outdoor Season: Competed in the 800 and 1500 meters with a season-best 800-meter finish at the LA Tech Jim Mize Invitational (sixth, 2:34.15)… Best result in the 1500 came at the McNeese Cowboy Relays (21st, 5:36.54).
2017 Indoor Season: Competed in the 800-meter run, where she had two fourth-place finishes at McNeese (2:42.24, 2:32.93)…best result was at the Pittsburg Gorilla Classic with a time of 2:22.24… She reached another career high in the 600-meter run at the LSU Purple Tiger (1:43.66).
High School: Attended Trinity Christian in Texarkana, Texas… ran track and field, cross country and played basketball… top-six finisher four times in the Arkansas 1A-2A State Championships, where she placed second as a freshman… holds school record in the 5000… coached by Jeff Haynes.
Personal: Daughter of Tiffany and Jeff Cowgill… has two brothers, Silas and Spencer… majoring in business administration.
