NATCHITOCHES – Following a pair of straight sets victories, Northwestern State tennis sophomore was named the Southland Conference Player of the Week on Tuesday as voted by the league's coaches and information directors. 
 

Klevisar helped clinched the win against Oral Roberts in straight sets, 6-2 6-4. She also captured the only point for the Lady Demons against Stephen F. Austin at No.1, 6-2 6-3. 
 

The Slovenia native is 7-3 in singles, playing at the Nos. 1 and 2 positions. 
 

The SLC Player of the Week is Klevisar's second such honor in her career, also winning it once as a freshman in 2022. 
 

Her and the Lady Demons return to the court March 14 at 2 p.m. in Natchitoches to take on NJIT.
