What is your most memorable moment while at NSU?: Honestly I have a few good memories.
- We had an incredible, selfless, hardworking and talented team.
- My first crawfish boil, Lasyone's meals, Christmas festivals and drive-through daiquiris.
- 3) all the down to earth and hospitable people of there like Steve & Tammy Pezant, Doug Ireland, Greg Burke, Chuck Bourg, Jennifer Graf, Mr. Ryder, Coach Black, etc.
- 4) the supportive athletic department as everyone worked together and always lent a helping hand
- 5) helping paint pitch forks on the ground of the walk way behind football stadium on a Friday night with Chuck Bourg from facilities
Who is someone you met or connected with at NSU with whom you have stayed connected?"
-Have managed to stay in contact with a handful of former players (Lindsey Leftwich, Krystle (Nichols) Coleman, Sarina (Noack) Lapeyrouse, Mallorie (Thornton), etc)
-Pezant Family
-Jennifer Graf (was my roommate there at NSU)
-Chuck Bourg
Ironically enough, we played NSU this February in Houston the first weekend of play and it brought back so many memories seeing the purple and orange and "fork em" signs. We beat them 4-3 in a good and tight ball game.
