NATCHITOCHES – The Northwestern State football team will return home to a television broadcast.
The Demons' Sept. 28 Southland Conference home opener against Southeastern Louisiana will air on Cox Sports Television (CST) at 6 p.m. The Southland Conference office and its television partners announced their Week Five broadcast schedule Monday afternoon.
For viewers outside the CST footprint, the game will air on ESPN+. This will be the third of Northwestern State's first five games to air on regional or national television.
NSU's Aug. 29 season opener at UT Martin was carried by ESPN+ while the Demons' Sept. 14 matchup with No. 4 LSU was broadcast nationally on the SEC Network.
Northwestern State plays at Houston Baptist on Saturday night to conclude a two-game road trip before returning home to face Southeastern Louisiana.
