PORTLAND, Ore. -- Northwestern State seniors Aaron and Emmanuel WIlliams, and sophomore Amir James, didn't reach championship finals Saturday at the USA Track and Field Indoor Championships.

Emmanuel Williams took 11th, leaping 51-3, a personal best. His twin Aaron was 12th at 50-11 in the triple jump among 16 qualifiers.

James couldn't duplicate his first-round 6.67, a personal best, in the 60 meter dash Friday. He ran 6.81 Saturday and finished 15th. If he had matched Friday's time, he still would have been one place out of the eight-man final, but James was the fastest collegiate athlete in the race.
