We hope you are in Guidry Stadium Saturday afternoon to cheer on the Northwestern State Demons football team in the 2011 Southland Conference opener at Nicholls in Thibodaux.

But if you're not, you can still watch! It's a Southland TV game, available through network TV stations, on satellite services in the Shreveport-Natchitoches market, and for those who don't have a Southland TV affiliate,  the telecast can be viewed online through SLC NOW and ESPN3.com

Natchitoches area viewers can watch through local cable systems and satellite services.

 

The area Southland TV affiliate is KPXJ in Shreveport, channel 16 on Suddenlink and channel 19 on CP-Tel cable in Natchitoches. On DirecTV and Dish Network satellite systems, it is channel 21.

Air time is 3 Saturday afternoon from Guidry Stadium in Thibodaux.

Beginning at 2:30,  Natchitoches radio station KZBL, 100.7 FM, will have the Demon Sports Network broadcast, which also airs on 92.1 KSYR FM in Shreveport, 99.9 KTEZ FM in Many, 92.7 The Eagle in Leesville and in 104.3 KEZP FM in Alexandria, along with free audio on nsudemons.com.

 

And remember, we're at home next Saturday evening, Oct. 1, against McNeese. It's the Orange Out game!
