Lee Prather, Jackson was the Demon basketball team’s leading scorer for three years … twice picked for the All-Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Association team … as a freshman, was player-coach of the freshman team, which went undefeated … in track and field, he ran on the relay teams and threw the shot and discus, winning Louisiana Intercollegiate Conference championships in the throws.
