HATTIESBURG, Miss. – Polina Konop and Tatiana Larina led the Northwestern State tennis team in its' final fall event as they competed at the Southern Mississippi Halloween Classic on Saturday.
 
Konop defeated Kate Lanier of Southern Miss. 6-1, 6-4 to win the championship match in her draw.
 
Larina also took a win for the day, overcoming Lamar's Carolina Silas 6-1, 6-3.
 
In doubles play, Larina and Konop defeated Jackson State's Lima and Guasti 8-1.
